When we find ourselves lying awake at night with a racing mind or not wanting to get out of the bed in the morning, we inevitably come to the realisation that sometimes we just can’t do it on our own, we need to ask for help and find some kind of support and guidance to help us through.

I see clients in my private practice based in Greystones, Co. Wicklow Ireland and online via Skype Video Sessions. Appointments run for 1 hr and the fee is €70. 

I have learned from my own experience of different therapists over the years, that the theraputic relationship is the single most important factor to the work. This means the connection between me and you and whether you feel that my energy and style are a good fit for you. I suggest potential clients book an inital 1hr session, after which they decide if they want to proceed with the therapy or not, based on this understanding.
